How will the work be delivered to me?

Your edit will be sent to you through email. Make sure that you check your spam box in case of delay of receiving the edited file. We will send the word file with editing highlighted in track changes mode.

How you will you contact me after I place the order?

I do not wish to fill in the order form and would rather like to speak to someone or get my queries resolved before I confirm order?

Sure, you can write to us at websupport@mail.24x7editing.com with details of your requirement and queries and we will revert back to you within one working day.

If the deadline I selected falls on a Sunday, will I get the order delivered on the same day?

Yes, we work 24x7 and hence irrespective of Sunday or any other holidays, you will get your delivered on time.

I tried to place order number of times, but it seems that the payment is not going through, what should I do?

Write to us at websupport@mail.24x7editing.com and we will provide an alternate payment method.

I wish to submit my instructions file to you as well; however, the online order form has option for uploading only one file. What should I do?

You can proceed to place order with the file which is to be edited. After you place the order, you will get an order id. Citing this order id you can write to websupport@mail.24x7editing.com the additional files and we will manually attach the files to your order.

Can I know the profile of your editors?

All our editors are PhD’s. Having said that, it reflects our ideology that we would want a PhD to review your document who himself/herself has gone through the process of dissertation and know what it takes to earn a doctorate.
